It is the last month of the year! Time to get moving! For leisure we will be Stretching and Fitness today :) How to Prepare: Make sure you are wearing comfortable clothing. Exercise wear recommended.  In this video we will go through the following routine: Warm Up - Stretching Breathing Arms Upper Body Lower Body Work Out - TABATA 8 Rounds :20 sec on / :10 sec off Run in Place Crab Walks Jumping Jacks Bear Crawls Grab your tennis shoes, some water, and a good attitude and let's MOVE!
