Fun Friday Leisure Skills: Stretch & Move

It is the last month of the year! Time to get moving!

For leisure we will be Stretching and Fitness today :)

How to Prepare:

  • Make sure you are wearing comfortable clothing.
  • Exercise wear recommended. 

In this video we will go through the following routine:

Warm Up - Stretching

  1. Breathing Arms
  2. Upper Body
  3. Lower Body

Work Out - TABATA 8 Rounds :20 sec on / :10 sec off

  1. Run in Place
  2. Crab Walks
  3. Jumping Jacks
  4. Bear Crawls
Grab your tennis shoes, some water, and a good attitude and let's MOVE!
