How to Prepare:
- Make sure you are wearing comfortable clothing.
- Exercise wear recommended.

Warm Up - Stretching
- Breathing Arms
- Upper Body
- Lower Body
Work Out - TABATA 8 Rounds :20 sec on / :10 sec off
- Run in Place
- Crab Walks
- Jumping Jacks
- Bear Crawls
